The second Match for Hope took place at Qatar’s iconic Stadium 974.
Team KSI x Aboflah emerged victorious over Team Chunkz x Speed, winning 6-5 at the full-time whistle.
Legends Thierry Henry, Andrés Iniesta, Mubarak Mustafa, Alessandro Del Piero, David Silva and Andrea Pirlo were joined by some of the worlds most popular content creators from the likes of Miniminter and Sharky to Adam Waheed and Luva De Pedreiro. Legendary managers Arsène Wenger and Mauricio Pochettino took on head coach duties alongside assistants Omar Sy and Tim Cahill.
Match for Hope 2025 reached a total live viewership of more than 25 million across all platforms, and the event raised 39 million Qatari riyals for Education Above All Foundation EAA, topping the 32 million total from 2024.
The match featured a half-time performance by Grammy award-winning artist Macklemore, who dazzled the crowd after a spectacular pre-match performance by Rasha Rizk.
In 2025 Match for Hope was also more than just a match, with a dedicated fan zone open throughout the week, which attracted large crowds eager to meet their favourite creators and purchase creator merchandise and Match for Hope jerseys.
In addition, special live podcasts at the Katara Amphitheatre drew even more fans, with shows from the Areeka Podcast, SDS Podcast, The Thirty Challenge by M12, and GOAL x Front Three.
